The Mission of the City Manager's Office is to effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of City services within the guidelines and policies established by the City Commission; to work with all City departments and divisions to identify ways in which we can enhance service efficiency and effectiveness in the most responsive manner; to continue to set a high priority for economic development and planning to see that development and redevelopment within the city occurs in an orderly and proper manner; and to ensure organizational responsiveness to City Commission priorities.
