The department coordinates preparation of the annual city budget that is then reviewed by the City Manager and presented for final adoption by the City Commission. Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR's)
The department each year coordinates preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report ("CAFR") that integrates the city's year-end audited financial position and results with detailed statistical and operational information.
