Our award-winning Brownfield Redevelopment Authority is seeking a well-qualified partner to develop 4.5 cleared acres on the west bank of the Kalamazoo River, just northeast of downtown. This is a signature site that will set the standard for the next stage of revitalization in this area.
We believe a mixed-use, market-rate, urban-style project that is connected to the river and the neighborhood may be the highest and best use, but we encourage creative options from developers with successful track records. Responses to the RFQ were due 5/1/06.
