Description:
The Transit Authority Board (TAB) of Directors provides oversight to the management of the City of Kalamazoo’s Metro Transit System. A working agreement between the Transit Authority Board of Directors and the Kalamazoo City Commission outlines those items that need concurrence and approval of both bodies, including: the annual operating budget; the levying of special transit millages; fare structure increases; major routing changes; and capital expenditures over $10,000.00.
