DENTAL INSURANCE: Effective on date of hire. Traditional plan.
LIFE INSURANCE: $50,000 term life.
DEFERRED COMPENSATION: Supplemental Retirement Savings Program. Mandatory contribution of 1.5% of salary, City contribution of 1.5% of salary. May contribute 25% of salary up to $15,500 per year.
HOLIDAYS: Ten days per year.
PERSONAL DAYS: Two days per year.
RETIREMENT: Defined Benefit Plan. Employees contribute 3% of pay (tax deferred). Vesting: Ten years.
SICK LEAVE: Accumulate eight hours for each month of continuous service.
