DENTAL INSURANCE: Effective 1st of the month after 90 days of service. Traditional plan.
LIFE INSURANCE: $30,000 term life (effective after nine months of service).
DEFERRED COMPENSATION: Voluntary Supplemental Retirement Savings Program. City will match 50% of employee voluntary contribution up to 1% of pay. May contribute 25% of salary, up to $17,000.
HOLIDAYS: Ten days per year.
LONGEVITY: Payable after six years of service, based on $30 per year, up to a $780 maximum.
RETIREMENT: Defined Benefit Plan. Vesting: Nine years; employees contribute 1% of pay (tax deferred).
SICK LEAVE: Accumulate eight hours for each month of continuous service.
