DENTAL INSURANCE: Effective first of the month after 30 days of service.
LIFE INSURANCE: $30,000 term life.
DEFERRED COMPENSATION: Supplemental Retirement Savings Program. Mandatory employee contribution of 1.5% of pay. In addition, City will match 50% of employee voluntary contribution up to 1% of pay. May contribute 25% of salary, up to $17,000 per year.
HOLIDAYS: Seven regular and three floating holidays.
RETIREMENT: Defined Benefit Plan. Vesting: Ten years; employees contribute 1% of pay (tax deferred).
