Description:
Established under state enabling legislation, the Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA) exists to foster economic growth through the development of land and facilities within the Business, Technology and Research (BTR) Park located at the intersection of Drake Road and Parkview Avenue. Revenue from the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District located at the BTR Park is used to fund the Authority’s projects.
