Online Bill Pay

The City of Kalamazoo is pleased to offer its customers an alternative way to pay water/sewer, property tax, and miscellaneous bills. This service is provided through a respected major third-party payment processor, and is a safe and reliable way to pay your city bills online.

• What city bills can I pay?
  You can pay your water/sewer bill, your current property tax bill, and other bills you receive from the City Treasurer that have an ONLINE PAYMENTS ACCOUNT ID printed on the bill.  You cannot pay delinquent property taxes online.
  
  
• How can I pay?
  You can pay by authorizing us to charge your checking account, or by using your debit/credit card issued by VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card.
  
  
  
• Are there fees involved?
  There are no fees to you, unless you are paying a property tax bill using a debit or credit card.  The fee for paying a property tax bill using a debit card is $3.95.  The fee for paying a property tax using a credit card is 2.85% of the amount paid.  There are never any fees connected with water/sewer or miscellaneous bills, and there are never any fees with using your checking account.

If your water bill is PAST DUE and you have received a shut off notice with a due date of TODAY, please call (269) 337-8149 to speak to a customer service agent. Please do NOT make an online payment, as it may not be processed in time and your water could be shut off.

To begin, you will need to have your paper bill available.  Look for the Online Payments Account ID on the bill.  A bill without this ID cannot be paid online.  Now select one of the following links:

2. To pay a water/sewer or miscellaneous bill using a debit or credit card, click here. There is NO FEE for this type of payment.
