Welcome to the City of Kalamazoo's Property Sale Program! The intent of this program is to bring vacant, buildable lots back into productive use through the creation of quality, new housing in Kalamazoo. The program also aims to increase neighborhood stability by marketing the City's rehabilitated houses to new homeowners.

The purchaser of a vacant lot must agree to build a new, owner-occupied single-family home within 18 months (see application for details).

The purchaser of a renovated home must meet federal income guidelines.

All sales are subject to Kalamazoo City Commission approval.
