Description:

The Dangerous Building Board (DBB) conducts hearings concerning structures the city has determined to be “blighted or dangerous buildings.” These hearings give property owners the chance to challenge the building officials’ determination and to seek relief from some or all of the requirements of the determination. The final decisions of the Dangerous Buildings Board can be appealed to Circuit Court.

The January 10, 2013 meeting will take place in the Community Room at City Hall.
