The Kalamazoo City Election Commission is composed of the City Clerk, City Attorney, and City Assessor. The City Election Commission is responsible for caring out election related duties as specified in state law. They meet twice before each election- once to appoint Election Inspectors, and once to perform the public accuracy test.

Most Election Commission meetings are held at City Hall, 241 W South Street. Public Accuracy Tests are held at the City of Kalamazoo's Records Center at 3001 S Burdick Street.
