The Stockbridge Facility is one of the Public Services department's two office locations (the other being the administration building at the KWRP). It's where many city vehicles are stored (and maintained), so water, wastewater, and public works crews work out of this facility. It's also where services like cemetery administration, solid waste collection, and engineering are based. Some boards and commissions also meet in conference rooms at the Stockbridge facility (like Tree Committee and Traffic Board).
You can visit the Stockbridge facility during business hours to pick up or return forms related to public services. You can also make payments for these services (for other payments, please visit the City Treasurer's Office at City Hall). There is plenty of convenient parking on Stockbridge Avenue right in front of the building.
