City of Kalamazoo Launches New Website

The City of Kalamazoo is excited to launch a new website to better serve Kalamazoo residents, businesses, and visitors. The new site focuses on providing better access to services and information with features like: 

  • An improved search that makes it easy to find relevant services and information
  • Calendars for community events and public meetings
  • Location-based services that allow users to view projects, parks, facilities, and other features near them. Residents can also look up their recycling, bulk trash, and brush collection schedules. 
  • Responsive design that adapts to different devices
  • More clearly explained city services and service expectations

The updated website uses a more service-focused design. There is less emphasis on navigation through city departments and more emphasis on using the search tool. Because of this, information will be in different places than you may be used to. Try using search if you are having difficulty finding something and let us know if there is anything that you cannot find.   

The previous website will remain available at archive.kalamazoocity.org for a while, but it will no longer be updated. It will eventually be archived and taken offline.
