OIR Group to Host Additional Input Sessions in February

OIR will host three additional input sessions in February as part of its independent review of the Kalamazoo Public Safety's response to protest in the summer of 2020. One session will be held each for advocacy groups and neighborhood representatives, and a third session will invite Kalamazoo's youth to have their voices heard. Invitations will be sent to advocacy groups and neighborhood organizations encouraging their representatives to attend. Youth in the community are invited to participate in an input session on Friday, February 12 starting at 5 p.m. This session will be conducted via zoom to ensure the safety of participants.
