SCOPE OF WORK/ SPECIFICATIONS

City of Kalamazoo Michigan

415 Stockbridge loading dock stairs Specifications:

Main Stair up to Entry Dock Door

       • Remove existing stair and railing.

       • Provide labor and materials to fabricate and install new galvanized stairway.

       • Stair treads are to be 5 feet wide.

       • Debris pan installed to the underside of the stairway.

Replace Small Ladder type Stair to Dock

       • Remove existing stair.

       • Provide labor and materials to fabricate and install new galvanized stairway.

       • Tread shall be grating style with multi-line railings on both sides that meet or exceed all state and local codes.

New Railing on Existing Concrete Stairway

       • Provide labor and materials to fabricate and install new galvanized multi-lined guardrail along one side of the existing concrete stairway.

       • Install wall mounted rail on side where wall is present.
