Search for your account in BS&A Online. You can search by your account number, name, address, or parcel number. Once you locate your account, BS&A will show the account information, including a breakdown of your current bill and the total amount owed.
Enter the amount you wish to pay in the box under the bill information and click Make Payment.
Once you click Make Payment, you will be directed to a payment page that will look different from BS&A (don't worry!). The page will prompt you to review your "cart" and display your account, name, address, and amount to pay. If this is correct, click the Checkout button.
Enter your payment information. If you want, you can create an account to save your payment information or set up recurring payments. If not, just click next.
Before submitting your payment, review all information to ensure it is accurate and select a payment date. If everything looks good, agree to the terms and conditions and click Submit. A payment confirmation will be displayed in your browser, and you will receive a copy to the email you provided.
