Kalamazoo's Social Equity Chamber is facilitated by the Detroit Cannabis Project is a social equity-focused initiative and incubator program. It aims to promote equity and inclusion within the cannabis industry by supporting individuals from marginalized and underserved communities in entering and thriving within the legal cannabis market. Through providing social equity support, education and training, community engagement, and advocacy efforts, the project works to address historical disparities and create a more equitable and diverse cannabis industry.
