Request Free Water Testing for Lead & Copper

Our team is continuously testing our water system to ensure that it is safe for all of the customers we serve. We also offer all customers free water testing for lead and copper as we work to replace the remaining lead service lines in our system.

We can provide free, NSF-certified filters to use in your home until your service line can be replaced. If you do not have a lead service line but testing still shows high levels of lead, a licensed plumber can help determine if there are lead components in your home’s plumbing and replace them.

Step 2.Have Your Water Sampled

A member of our team will visit your home at the scheduled time to collect a sample of your water. Sampling only takes a few minutes, but we will need to enter your home so someone will need to be home. You can schedule your sampling in the morning or afternoon, but we need sample after your water has been sitting for about 6-8 hours.

Step 3.Testing and Results

After your water has been sampled, we will test it to determine its levels of lead and copper. Results will be provided to you by mail within three weeks, although results are often received much sooner. If your results indicate high levels of lead, we will provide free NSF-certified filters for your home and prioritize it for lead service line replacement.
