The Local Officers Compensation Commission is special purpose body established pursuant to state law. The LOCC meets every two years to set the compensation for elected City officials. The City Commission, by a 2/3 vote, may reject the compensation levels recommended by the LOCC.
The LOCC is on call and meets in odd-numbered years.
