Non-essential City of Kalamazoo offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, and Thursday, December 25, in observance of Christmas. Regular hours will resume on Friday, December 26.
The City Treasurer's Office will close at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 18. The office will reopen with regular hours on Friday, December 19. Payments can be made in the drop box at City Hall or online.

The Public Participation Policy guides outreach and engagement by the City, developers or project leaders, and neighborhoods to make sure the community's voice is heard in every city project. The updated Public Participation Policy was approved by the Kalamazoo City Commission on August 1, 2022.
