You're invited to complete a brief survey to help identify the traits, qualities, and characteristics that Kalamazoo's next City Manager will need to be successful in this role.
Throughout Imagine Kalamazoo 2035, we’ve engaged residents in shaping a shared vision for Kalamazoo’s future. Through meetings, surveys, and open houses, we’ve gathered ideas on how to create a thriving, inclusive city. But we also wanted to hear from the next generation—the future stewards of Kalamazoo.
At many of our events, we’ve invited kids to share their vision for a happy city through art. This activity has also been part of after-school programs and collaborations with the Kalamazoo Public Library and Kalamazoo Public Schools. '
The creativity and imagination in their artwork inspire us all. Below, you’ll find a gallery of their visions for a happier Kalamazoo!
