Public Hearings (H)

1. A Public Hearing was held regarding the Fiscal Year 2024 Proposed Budget

Consent Agenda (G)

The City Commission approved items G1-3:

1. Approval of a contract supplemental and change order with Ferguson Waterworks for the purchase of water main materials in the amount of $416,449.
2. Approval of a one-year contract with Elhorn Engineering Company for the purchase of liquid phosphate for water treatment in the amount of $192,265.92.
3. Acceptance of a Source Water Protection Program grant in the amount of $70,000 from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy for the Wellhead Protection Program.

1. Adoption of an ORDINANCE amending the Kalamazoo City Code, Chapter 2- Article X Employee Retirement System, §2-237 regarding post-retirement adjustments
