Starting Monday, November 14, utility billing services will move to our Stockbridge offices at 415 E Stockbridge Ave.
You can make a payment for your water and sewer bill online, by mail, by phone, in person, or using the drop box at City Hall.
Note: the payment processor charges a 2.8% service fee (minimum $1.50) for credit/debit card payments and a $0.85 service fee for electronic checks. This is collected by the processor and applies to payments made online, by phone, and in person.
Online payments for utility bills can be made using the BS&A Online portal. Visit the portal using the link below.
BS&A Online Utility Payments
Search for your account in BS&A Online. You can search by your account number, name, address, or parcel number. Once you locate your account, BS&A will show the account information, including a breakdown of your current bill and the total amount owed.
Enter the amount you wish to pay in the box under the bill information and click Make Payment.
Once you click Make Payment, you will be directed to a payment page that will look different from BS&A (don't worry!). The page will prompt you to review your "cart" and display your account, name, address, and amount to pay. If this is correct, click the Checkout button.
Enter your payment information. If you want, you can create an account to save your payment information or set up recurring payments. If not, just click next.
Before submitting your payment, review all information to ensure it is accurate and select a payment date. If everything looks good, agree to the terms and conditions and click Submit. A payment confirmation will be displayed in your browser, and you will receive a copy to the email you provided.
You will need to have the unique ID number to pay a utility bill by phone. This can be found on the top of your utility bill near the bill date and your account number.
