You may need to do this if you are building or adding onto a structure that would cross an existing property line. There is no fee to do this, but all current and prior year taxes must be paid before parcels will be combined.

Apply to Combine Parcels
After submitting an application, the City Assessor's Office will review your request. If the application is complete and the taxes are paid in full, you will receive a conditional approval letter with the relevant information for the combined parcels. If your application is incomplete or we are unable to combine the parcels for any reason, we will reach out to you and let you know. Review of these applications is generally completed within 30 days.
