Apply for a Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Permit

City Code requires a Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control (SESC) plan to be prepared for any earth change which disturbs one or more acres of land, is on a parcel adjacent to public streets, or is within 500 feet of waters of the state. You must submit a plan with your permit application before a permit will be issued. Please review the checklist on the second page of the application to ensure that you include all requirements for an SESC plan.
