The contract and work shall be carried out in conformance with the MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction, Ordinances of the City of Kalamazoo, and these detailed specifications in effect on the date of Invitation for Bids. The Tree Ordinance for the City of Kalamazoo has been attached for review (Appendix B). Trees will be planted in locations and specified by small, medium, and large species type required based on mature heights as listed in Appendix B.
