This contract includes but is not limited to: All work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications for the installation of new water services, and associated work. The contractor is requested to provide costs for the pay items listed for each municipal location they intend to bid. Contractors may choose to bid on one or more of the municipal locations. The City of Kalamazoo shall award the contract(s) to one or more Contractors, depending on the pricing received from low responsive bidder(s) for the municipal total cost or the overall total cost. All contracted work shall be completed in accordance with the City of Kalamazoo Standard Specifications for Water Main and Service Construction, as well as the 2012 edition of the MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction.
