It is the intent of the Central County Transportation Authority (CCTA) to enter into a term contract to supply Cummins engine parts for the CCTA’s bus fleet on an order release basis as needed.

References to parts by make, name or product number shall be interpreted as establishing a standard of quality and shall not be construed as limiting competition, except as specified.  It is not the intent of the specifications to preclude reputable vendors from bidding.

The contract shall be in effect for a one (1) year period commencing on or about November 1, 2022 and continuing through October 31, 2023.  This contract may be extended for four (4) one-year periods upon mutual agreement of all parties.
