The scope of work includes applying a minimum of two inches (2”) of closed-cell spray on foam insulation between roof rafters and covering unused louvers as indicated on the plans.  The installation of two new mini-split mechanical units in the attic space and a wall mounted condensing unit as shown on the drawings.  All mechanical and electrical devices, including mechanical units and electrical panels, shall be protected during the performance of the scope of work.
