PROJECT FUNDED WITH AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUNDS

1.         INTENT AND SCOPE OF WORK

It is the City's intent is to purchase youth football helmets at the sizes and quantities listed.

This contract is for the purchase and delivery of the listed youth football helmets only. Delivery costs shall be included in the quoted unit pricing.

2.        PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

     2.1       All equipment provided under this Contract shall meet, or exceed, all U.S. standards, laws and regulations related to youth football helmet equipment                       manufacturing and safety. All equipment provided under this Contract shall meet the NOCSAE Standard.

     2.2       All helmets must be white with a black facemask.
