Public Works crews will begin collecting remaining leaves from the 2025 leaf season starting Monday, April 6 in Zone A. Crews will continue through Zones B and C as time, weather, and workloads allow.
New Year’s Fest is an all-ages showcase of performing arts that takes place on New Year's Eve in Downtown Kalamazoo. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. and runs until 12 a.m. to ring in the New Year. The event features live music, performers, and an array of different types of performing entertainment.
The 2025 New Year's Fest will host performances in 5 indoor performance locations, 1 heated tent, and live music from Bronson Park Stage. Performances include bands, comedians, magicians, ventriloquists, jugglers, and even super heroes and princesses.
