Exchange Place and Corporation Alley will be milled and resurfaced with improvements to better manage storm water (within the existing road configurations). Original plans were to more fully reconstruct Exchange Place with pedestrian and placemaking improvements, but due to higher construction costs those elements have been delayed until additional funding can be identified.
