The Community Planning & Economic Development (CPED) office is relocating to the Arthur Washington Jr. Crosstown Center at 150 E. Crosstown Parkway. Walk-in services will be unavailable beginning Monday, July 27 at 11:00 a.m. and will reopen Thursday, July 30 at 8:00 a.m. Phone service is expected to resume Wednesday afternoon. The City of Kalamazoo is investing approximately $1.5 million in sidewalk improvements in 2026 as part of its ongoing commitment to safety, accessibility, and neighborhood connectivity.
