Natural Features Protection Review Board

The Natural Features Protection Review Board provides expert knowledge on natural features, development or construction to help staff during the Site Plan Review process. Site plans must be approved by the NFP Review Board before they can be fully approved. The intent of the Board is to guide development of land in the Natural Features Protection Overlay District in order to protect natural features in the city.

Board Member Residency Requirements: Members must have education or experience so that the Board has at least one member with knowledge in each of the following areas: wetlands/water resources, plants/trees, slopes, and site development/building construction. Members do not need to be city residents. 

The NFP Review Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 4 p.m. at City Hall.
