If you're not able to pay your utility bill by the due date, you can request an extension to pay. The extension will add an additional two weeks onto your current due date. To be eligible for an extension of your current utility bill, all previous bills must be paid in full. Extensions are limited to two per calendar year.
You can request an extension to pay by visiting the City's Stockbridge Offices at 415 E Stockbridge Ave, or online by clicking the button below. You will need to provide a copy of your Driver's License or State ID with your request. A member of our team will follow up within 72 hours with details on your extension request.
