BID DUE/OPENING DATE: Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Local Time (ET)

1. INTENT

It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a contractor who shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform in a professional manner for the Station 39 Paving Project as described in the specifications and bid document.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

Removal and replacement of pavement located at 8801 Miller Dr. Galesburg, MI 49053. Work included consists of (but may not be limited to), the removal and restoration of sod based shoulders around perimeter of pavement. Any additional pricing for incidental work shall be approved by a city engineer and charged to EXCAVATION, EARTHWORK. ALL WORK SHALL BE CONSITENT WITH WHAT IS INDICATED ON THE PROJECT PLANS.
