Water Asset Management Plan

This 2017 Water Asset Management Plan is the City’s long-term framework for maintaining and investing in its drinking water system. It helps guide decisions about water mains, wells, treatment facilities, tanks, and other infrastructure by considering each asset’s condition, likelihood and consequences of failure, service needs, and long-term cost. The goal is to provide safe, reliable water, reduce service interruptions and water loss, and plan improvements in a way that supports stable utility rates.
